When to call us straight away
⚠ You smell burning near an outlet, switch, or panel
⚠ Scorch marks or discolouration around outlets or switch plates
⚠ A breaker that trips repeatedly and won't stay reset
⚠ Sparking from an outlet, switch or appliance
⚠ You've lost power to part of the property with no obvious cause
⚠ Buzzing or humming from a panel or outlet
⚠ Water has reached wiring, outlets or your panel
Before we arrive
If you can do so safely, switch off the affected circuit at the breaker. Don't touch anything that's wet, sparking, or hot to the touch.
If you see fire or smoke, get everyone out and call 911 first.
